The discussion, similar to Part 1 of this interview, I’m discussing how we could have communicated with the people, how the Mayor has advisory control over the boards, and get into how our council people chose agenda over government, created a divide, and cause a breakdown in how we effectuate change in our community.
A different Mayor could have led the Administration to be in front of rumors, taking agenda and narrative out of the process, and allow people to interact, while dealing with the reality at hand.
